Each year, ALM and Law.com Compass conduct our Mental Health Survey of the Legal Profession, tracking the well-being of lawyers and staff at law firms of any size, anywhere in the world. The data points below highlight some key findings from the 2025 survey, which tracked responses from more than 3,100 people.
