Just months after hiring Davis Wright Tremaine’s former firmwide managing partner Scott MacCormack, Holland & Knight on Wednesday announced a new Seattle office with the veteran leader at the helm.
MacCormack abruptly stepped down as leader of Seattle-headquartered Davis Wright just ove a year ago, before joining Holland & Knight in January. At the time of his arrival, he told Law.com that he was interested in a leadership role at the firm and helping it expand in his base of Seattle. Shortly after, Holland & Knight CEO Robert Grammig also expressed interest in expanding in the Pacific Northwest.
