Big Law associates are talking about the Trump administration’s executive order targeting Perkins Coie on message boards. In-house counsel and Perkins Coie alumni are authoring LinkedIn posts declaring their support for the firm. Even partners at law firms big and small are starting to make their stances known on the issue, raising concerns about the administration’s chilling efforts on the industry.
But Big Law leadership has not uttered a word to support its own, and that silence has not gone unnoticed.
