California state bar leaders on Wednesday said applicants who endured last week’s tech-troubled bar exam will have to wait until their tests are graded before learning whether they’ll receive any scoring or licensing help.
Meeting for the first time since reports of the test’s glitches, crashes and proctoring problems drew national scrutiny, bar trustees sat through almost two hours of testimony from examinees who recounted their struggles with the agency’s new remote-testing platform and blasted agency administrators for not doing more to fix problems that surfaced before the test even started.
