With overall lawyer head count down 4.9% annually, dropping from 1,073 to 1,020, revenue per lawyer saw a 10.5% rise, to $1.38 million. The firm also saw a reshuffling of its partner ranks to align the equity and nonequity tiers, with equity partner head count shrinking by 3.7%, to 174, while nonequity partner head count spiked 36.5%, to 173.
